"This position is a lead technical role providing expert consultation and specialized analysis, design, development, and maintenance of a high impact database used for the medical assistance expenditure forecast for the Health Care Authority.   The incumbent assumes leadership and oversight duties for the development of the statistical/econometric requirements of the step models for the $11 billion biennial expenditure forecast which determines the funding levels for most of HCA's medical assistance activities."
