Description

Resonate is looking for a Survey Analyst to join our established team.  We
conduct several massive surveys of the U.S. population each year, across
hundreds of different questions and topic domains.  These surveys include
questions about major household brands, politics, and advocacy, to serve as
the ground truth for our machine learning and our software-as-a-service
platform.

*Responsibilities*

   - Develop survey instruments to address clients’ research questions
   - Write high quality survey questions
   - Program surveys into one of Resonate’s partner platforms (Beacon,
   Qualtrics, etc)
   - Manage tight deadlines
   - Coordinate survey launch logistics and troubleshoot as needed
   - Work with vendors to manage the pool of panelists
   - Perform quality assurance and statistical analysis for ongoing surveys
   - Monitor data collection to ensure all surveys are performing at
   optimum levels and meeting quota requirements

*Required Skills*

   - Strong command of the English language and demonstrated writing and
   editing skills
   - Experience writing and researching for business or professional
   audiences
   - Ability to proofread and edit questionnaires while providing and
   receiving constructive feedback
   - Willingness and ability to pick up new quantitative skills and market
   research methodologies as necessary and apply them in new contexts
   - Ability to do independent research to best understand nuances of
   complex and unfamiliar topics
   - Ability to work quickly and independently with minimal guidance or
   oversight
   - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
   - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
   - Excellent interpersonal communication skills
   - Experience with advanced features of Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot
   tables, etc)

*Desired Skills*

   - Strong command of primary, secondary, and quantitative methodologies
   and procedures, to determine the best ways to ask questions
   - Experience with online survey platforms such as Qualtrics or Beacon
   - Experience with survey panel management
   - Experience working in a software engineering company, especially in a
   startup environment
   - Experience with SQL
   - Experience with statistical software tools
