DESCRIPTION: The Department of Sociology at the University of California,
Berkeley seeks

applications for a tenure-track, assistant professor or tenured associate
professor faculty position.

Rank will be determined based on qualifications and experience. The
expected start date is July

1, 2018. Candidates will be considered regardless of field of
specialization. The position’s duties

include: academic research and publications, undergraduate and graduate
teaching, and
