Empirical Creative, LLC, a National Jury Consulting Firm based in Long
Island, NY, is seeking a Research Associate to provide research and
administrative support.  Assist with preparation and execution of small
group social science research experiments – Focus Group and Mock Trial – to
assist attorneys with trial strategy, theme development and juror
profiling.  Interest in profession important (Graduate Students and Recent
Graduates okay). Willing to train the right candidate and
partial telecommute. EOE. Responsibilities Assist in the setup, design and
execution of the research exercises; coordinate with outside research
facilities & outside vendors; organize mock juror recruiting; develop &
prepare questionnaires; data entry & analysis; administrative office
support; opportunity to take-on higher level analytical case-related
responsibilities as performance warrants.   Qualifications

·         BA or higher in Social Sciences; Graduate Degree Preferred

·         Strong research methods

·         Strong writing skills

·         Analytical/Critical Thinker

·         Plan/Organize well

·         Strong Microsoft Office

·         Communicate effectively

·         Willingness to work long hours & travel as needed

·         Can set own agenda

·         Motivated to grow professionally and take-on increasing
responsibility
