The McSilver Institute for Poverty Policy and Research
(http://www.mcsilver.org) is looking for Bachelor- and Masters-level
candidates interested in internship, volunteer, or full-time positions
in the Research and Evaluation.



The applicant should demonstrate interest in research and evaluation,
as well as have an interest in mental health, psychology, social work,
youth development, health policy, or similar areas. The applicant must
have a strong foundation and experience in the following skills:

·  Evaluation project management (e.g., manage evaluation protocol,
design tools)

·  Quantitative skills - Excellent knowledge and experience in excel and SPSS

·  Qualitative skills - Excellent knowledge and experience conducting
interviewing and focus groups
