 Postdoctoral Fellow Position Announcement

The Center for Urban Innovation and the School of Public Policy at the
Georgia Institute of Technology’s campus in Atlanta are actively
seeking applicants for one or more Postdoctoral Fellow positions.

The Postdoctoral Fellow will conduct research with the Center for
Urban Innovation (an interdisciplinary research center at Georgia
Tech) and teach at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels in the
School of Public Policy.

This is a non-tenure track position of limited duration. We welcome
applicants in the fields of economic and urban geography, urban
sociology, urban economics, urban planning, urban policy, and cognate
disciplines.

The Center for Urban Innovation (CUI) at Georgia Tech supports
research that thinks globally, acts locally, and encourages
researchers, students, and civic leaders to find innovative,
interdisciplinary approaches to shaping smart, sustainable cities. For

http://www.urbaninnovation.gatech.edu. The School of Public Policy
(SPP) at Georgia Tech examines innovative solutions to pressing policy
challenges with implications for cities:  modeling energy efficiency,
combating climate changes, growing sustainable communities, supporting
urban manufacturing, and understanding institutional change and civic
innovation. The School of Public Policy has 30 faculty members and
offers undergraduate, masters and Ph.D. programs.  For more
