*Now Accepting Applications for the 2015-2016 FUSE Fellowship*

FUSE Corps is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that enables local
government to more effectively address the biggest challenges facing urban
communities.

FUSE partners with civic leaders to identify pressing strategic challenges
and then recruits entrepreneurial, mid-career professionals to serve in
executive-level fellowships across local government. FUSE Fellows are
uniquely positioned to achieve transformative impact across issue areas
such as education, health, poverty, economic development and the
environment.

The FUSE Fellowship is a prestigious yearlong program for entrepreneurial
professionals with 10+ years of private and/or social sector leadership
experience. FUSE Fellows work full-time for at least 12 months at the
executive-levels in local government using their skills to lead strategic
projects and address crucial community issues. Throughout the year,
Fellows receive world-class training developed by McKinsey, the Stanford
Institute of Design (d.school), and Smallify, as well as executive coaching
and mentoring from an extensive network of cross-sector leaders and
peer-to-peer support from other Fellows placed throughout California.
