Pact (http://www.pactworld.org/) is recruiting for two positions to be part
of our central Monitoring & Evaluation technical team. Both positions will
be based out of Pact's headquarter office in DC. Our central M&E team is
small and collaborative, and we have great direct management.

Positions available:

The specialist position would be ideal for someone who has recently
finished their master's degree and has quantitative skills and interests.
In addition to these qualifications, we are looking for an individual with
strong time management and communication skills, and is a quick learner. (

The advisor position is focused on providing M&E support to country offices
and requires a background in M&E. The person in this position will travel
about 30% of their time to an assortment of our country offices and will be
exposed to a range of projects in different technical areas (e.g. health,
livelihoods, governance).  (
