OFFICE OF ADOLESCENT HEALTH
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Adolescent
Health has a two openings for qualified persons who
completed a masters or doctoral degree in public health, public policy or a
related field within the last five years. More
information about these fellowships and the application process can be found
on the OAH website.
The two fellowships are the OAH Adolescent Health Communications and
Strategic Planning Fellowship and the Teen Pregnancy
Prevention Grants Fellowship. The fellowship announcements are on the
website of the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and
Education (ORISE) which manages the fellowship program for HHS. The Office
of Adolescent Health is located in Rockville, MD.
The OAH Adolescent Health Communications and Strategic Planning Fellowship
focuses on communications on the full range of
adolescent health topics, as well as on strategic initiatives of importance
to adolescent health, such as improving integration
and coordination of services at the national, state and local levels, and
engaging organizations across multiple sectors in
improving adolescent health. Please reference DHHS-OAH-2012-0008 in all

The Teen Pregnancy Prevention Grants Fellowship focuses on managing a
portfolio of teen pregnancy prevention grants under the
guidance of a mentor, helping manage grantee evaluations, developing
literature reviews on key topics, as well as developing
