Dear Colleague,

The Population Studies Center is searching to fill several postdoctoral
positions sponsored by the National Institute on Aging.  Appointments will
begin on or about September 1, 2013.   Fellows devote most of their time to
independent research.  There are many opportunities for collaboration with
ongoing projects, including the Health and Retirement Study (HRS) and Panel
Study of Income Dynamics (PSID).  Fellows also may teach on a light-load
basis and attend specialized courses to extend their expertise.  Eligibility
is restricted to U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents.  Applicants must
have completed the Ph.D. before fellowship support can begin.  Screening of
applications will start on January 14, 2013 with full consideration being
given to applications that are complete at that time and will continue until
the positions are filled.

Because these positions are sponsored by the National Institute on Aging, it
is imperative that a significant portion of the applicant's proposed
research be aging-related.

who would be eligible to apply.  Additional information about the Population
