LSE Fellow in Population Studies (21 hours per week)



Salary: £31,998 to £38,737 per annum inclusive pro rata



Fixed-term for 16 months



You will join the Department of Social Policy, which has an international
reputation for excellence, and has the top ranking of all UK institutions in
its

discipline. Applications will be considered from candidates from across the
field of Population Studies/Demography.



This is a junior career development post, teaching lectures and
classes/seminars, as well as tutoring undergraduates and taught
postgraduates. This post

represents an excellent starting point for an academic to gain teaching
experience while developing their research career.



In addition to a developing research profile, you should have a PhD in
Population Studies/Demography or be scheduled to submit it for examination
by 30

September 2011.



The post will commence on 1 September 2011.
