Monique -- this is a job for one year in Austria for someone with a MA or a
graduate student, with interest in economic demography. The person recruiting,
Skirbekk, is a very good researcher, and IIASA is a famous international
research center near Vienna.

Dear Ron,

In case you know of any potential candidates, here is a job advertisement for a
PhD position for my new project, titled ACC (Age and Cohort Change):
http://www.iiasa.ac.at/Admin/PE/Jobs/2009-19-POP%20RA.html

Please inform me if you know of someone with relevant competences and
interests.

The person's background should include a master's degree in economics,
statistics, sociology, demography, or another social science discipline with
strong quantitative skills. The candidate should also have an interest in the
research field of economic and social consequences of demographic change.

If you could include the link to the advertisement in a relevant mailing list,
this would be great.

Thank you for this in advance!

Best,
Vegard
