[Cohort39] 275 final paper due date

Dear Josh,

Would it be okay if we changed the due date of the 275 paper to Tuesday,
May 14th, instead of May 13th as we had originally planned?

Those of us taking the 175 final exam on the 16th have already made some
headway with studying because of the prelim exam, and it would be more
helpful for everyone to have an extra day for the paper if that's okay with
you.
