nonpartisan fact tank that informs the public about the issues, attitudes and
trends shaping America and the world. It conducts public opinion polling,
demographic research, media content analysis and other empirical social science
research in the areas of U.S. politics and policy views; media and journalism;
internet and technology; religion and public life; Hispanic trends; global
attitudes and U.S. social and demographic trends. Pew Research Center does not
take policy positions. It is a subsidiary of The Pew Charitable Trusts. The

Methodologist works directly with the Associate Director, International
Methods, and the international methodology team in shaping Pew Research
Center’s international methodological research agenda, implementing
methodological research objectives, and providing methodological guidance to
internationally-oriented research projects across the Center. Major research
topics include attitudes toward the U.S., American foreign policy, foreign
powers, and economic trends, as well as attitudes toward religion, immigration,
and social change. Survey Methodologists are involved in all aspects of the
survey research process within the Pew Research Center including questionnaire
development, data management, statistical analysis, reporting of survey results
and quality control. For all of these tasks, attention to detail and individual
judgment are critical.<span></span></span></p>

Associate Director of International Methods and works closely with the Director
of Survey Research and the Center’s Global Attitudes, Religion, and Global
Migration & Demography programs to ensure that all international projects
utilize the latest methods and uphold Pew Research Center’s standards for
transparency, rigor and accuracy.<span></span></span></p>
