Located within the Office of the Director at NIH, OER’s mission is to provide the corporate framework for NIH research administration, ensuring scientific integrity, public accountability, and effective stewardship of the NIH extramural research portfolio. <u></u><u></u></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:105%"><span style="color:black"><u></u> <u></u></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:105%"><span style="line-height:105%;color:black">The incumbent will use his/her research expertise to lead staff responsible for analyzing quantitative and qualitative data on NIH’s entire portfolio of research investments to produce data-based reports. These include mandatory and statutorily-required reports, analyses to support NIH policy initiatives and management decisions, and responses to NIH internal and external stakeholder requests.
