> The Senior Trainer for Health Equity is the primary facilitator for<br>
> the Series, conducting workshops along with a cadre of trained staff<br>
> facilitators from across the organization. The Senior Trainer serves<br>
> as BPHC's internal expert on racial justice/racism and health equity<br>
> theory and practice; develops curricula; co-facilitates half-day to<br>
> multi-day workshops; and recruits, trains, supports and provides<br>
> ongoing professional development for staff facilitators.<br>
