is looking to fill three <br>
positions.<br>
<br>
Half Time Project Director. RCT on mHealth Behavioral Smoking Cessation <br>
Intervention with Korean Youth 14-19 years of age. Applicants for this job <br>
MUST have prior experience with RCT's. Preparation and monitoring of regulatory
<br>
documents and close monitoring of all regulatory guidelines to ensure strict <br>
compliance. Thia poairion will provide quality assurance of study data and will
<br>
be directly responsible for the preparation of reports to research <br>
Investigators detailing study progress. This person will conduct research <br>
interviews with participants, work with community groups in Koreatown in Los <br>
Angeles, collect data from program records and other sources, perform data <br>
entry, perform basic statistical analyses, and code and screen interviews <br>
conducted by others. This position will join an active team of engineers, <br>
computer scientists, clinical psychologists and public health experts. The <br>
person must be willing to work in a team science format. Must have <br>
demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills in English. Basic <br>
capacity to speak and write Korean is an asset but not required. Preference <br>
will be given to those with manuscripts published or submitted. One year <br>
position good for work experience prior to graduate or medical school. Please <br>

Center Manager. We are looking for a full time manager who has excellent <br>
administrative and interpersonal skills. Must be tech savy and able to arrange <br>
and oversee the use of collaborative technology tools for remote meetings, <br>
organizing and communication with community partners. Must be skilled in <br>
scheduling complex schedules to accomplish meetings of participants with lots <br>
of competing demands and changing schedules. This person will assist with <br>
grant preparation, manuscript preparation and posting of materials on the web. <br>
Therefore should be familiar with APA, AMA and other manuscript formats, this <br>
is required. Experience in writing and the production of NIH grants is <br>
preferred. There are opportunities for participation in publications, work <br>
within racial/ethnic minority communities and participation in training <br>

Half-Time mHealth/Web manager. Looking for an individual with expertise in the <br>
development and conduct of research of mHealth apps for behavioral <br>
interventions, with the capacity to teach community and health care partners <br>
how to use apps and collaborative technology tools. Position will involve <br>
running yearly community solvathon. Must be able to work within a team science <br>
format as well as with community partner. Individual must have strong oral and <br>
written communication skills in English. Experience in mHealth research is <br>
preferred as well as interest in the development of scientific publications. <br>
