<h2><small><u>FIELD DIRECTOR</u><br>
</small></h2>
<p>The Glover Park Group (GPG), a leading strategic
communications and government relations firm, is seeking a
Field Director for its growing Research Division in the
company’s Washington, DC office. The Research Division plans
and executes opinion research and digital analytics projects
designed to inform public affairs campaigns, branding and
message development, and corporate strategy. This person will
work closely with senior staff to manage multiple aspects of
both opinion and digital research projects.</p>
<h2><small>RESPONSIBILITIES</small></h2>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate multiple projects under tight deadlines with
efficient delegation to a team and use of internal resources</li>
<li>Schedule research between research staff and field vendors</li>
<li>Manage vendor relationships and oversee vendor pricing
requests and billing</li>
<li>Develop turnout models used for setting quotas and monitor
progress during data collection</li>
<li>Oversee survey programming, testing, and data delivery for
all quantitative research</li>
<li>Oversee all qualitative research scheduling, recruiting,
and back-end data input</li>
<li>Follow and report on new industry trends and best
practices for the department</li>
<li>Support new business initiatives to include research,
proposal development and client presentations</li>
<li>Work across practice groups and develop relationships with
senior staff, peers, and junior members of the Research
Division</li>
</ul>
<h2><small>QUALIFICATIONS</small></h2>
<ul>
<li>At least 4 years experience in the public opinion/market
research field</li>
<li>Advanced degree in Statistics or Survey Research preferred
but not required</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational
skills</li>
<li>Extremely organized, detailed-oriented and collaborative,
but able to work independently in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel</li>
<li>Experience with SPSS, STATA or other statistical analysis
software</li>
<li>Familiarity or expertise with social and digital analytic
tools and analysis</li>
<li>Ability to adapt to new conditions, assignments and
deadlines and apply appropriate judgmenT</li>
<li>Strong team player with initiative, resourcefulness and
desire to work hard</li>
<li>Ability to meet aggressive deadlines without sacrificing
product quality</li>

consulting firm, is seeking a research analyst to join the
firm’s Public Opinion Research practice. This position is
based in our Washington, DC office.</p>
<h2><small>RESPONSIBILITIES</small></h2>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement all aspects of qualitative and
quantitative research plans including design and
administration of research methods</li>
<li>Conduct analysis of research including development of
research findings and recommendations</li>
<li>Manage multiple highly visible projects simultaneously</li>
<li>Meet aggressive deadlines without sacrificing product
quality</li>
<li>Manage collaborative process with other divisions
internally</li>
<li>Write and edit new business proposals</li>
<li>Provide support to the research division</li>
<li>Travel occasionally for research engagements </li>
</ul>
<h2><small>ATTRIBUTES</small></h2>

<li>2-4 years’ experience in the public opinion/market
research field or an advanced degree in Statistics or
Survey Research required</li>

adapt to new conditions, assignments and deadlines</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially
PowerPoint</li>
