University of Washington, Seattle invites applications for a
full time position as an associate/full professor (100%, FTE,
9-month appointment with tenure) in the area of social policy.
The appointment will begin September 16<sup>th</sup>, 2014.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The successful candidates will demonstrate
enthusiasm for working in a multi-and interdisciplinary
environment that demands excellence in scholarship and
teaching and encourages engagement in important problems.
Applicants should hold a PhD or equivalent in economics,
political science, public policy, public administration,
sociology, demography, or other relevant field. Applicants
should provide a formal letter of interest indicating teaching
and research interests, CV, at least three letters of
recommendation and samples of research work and teaching
