<p style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px;margin-bottom:12px;margin-left:0px"><font face="Helvetica" size="3">Seeking to hire a 50% Graduate Student Researcher (beginning Fall semester, 2009) to assist with a study of the current American right in the context of significant right-wing movements in other countries in the twentieth century. </font></p>
<p style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px;margin-bottom:12px;margin-left:0px"><font face="Helvetica" size="3">Applicants must be UC Berkeley graduate students who are very familiar with contemporary and recent American politics. She or he must also be comfortable designing and carrying out research assignments of several different kinds with a high degree of independence. The research methods used for this study are eclectic and will require a GSR with a broad range of skills and the ability to turn over assignments in acceptable time frames.</font></p>
