*Rice University invites applications for a post-doctoral fellow* to
support the university’s goal to expand access, diversity, and
inclusiveness. The two year fellowship will begin July 2018 under the
guidance of faculty in the Department of Psychology and the Department of
Sociology and in partnership with the University Council on Diversity and
Inclusion. This postdoctoral fellow will be responsible for (1) conducting
an institutional needs analysis regarding diversity and inclusion, and (2)
developing, implementing, and assessing relevant interventions. As such,
the ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of methodological
and statistical procedures to analyze existing data as well as potentially
develop new data collections. In addition to an annual salary of $52,000,
the fellowship provides office space, computer equipment, and annual travel
