I am writing to share a new postdoc opportunity at Oregon State University. 
Drs. David Rothwell and Bruce Weber have secured foundation funding for a 1- to 
2-year postdoc in poverty policy analysis and measurement. The project will 
create an Oregon poverty measure, similar to those created in Wisconsin and 
California. The project will use a combination of survey and administrative 
data from the Department of Human Services and Employment Department. The 
postdoc will be mentored by David Rothwell. OSU provides generous support for
