a NPNA Policy Director.

The National Partnership for New Americans (NPNA) is a national
multiethnic, multiracial partnership network for the country’s 37 largest
immigrant and refugee rights organizations who together advocate for
policies and programs to successfully integrate New Americans as full
contributors to our nation, able to build lives of dignity for themselves
and their families. NPNA  exists to: 1) strengthen migrant voices in our
nation by building the policy and program capacities of our member
organizations, and by 2) pursuing policy campaigns with our members at the
local, state, and federal level.

NPNA is looking for a serious policy expert and leader to develop and
implement immigrant integration policy priorities and policy campaign
strategy. The Policy Director will lead the research and development of
policy and legislative proposals on immigrant and refugee integration. The
Policy Director will work with NPNA members and national policy partners to
deepen our NPNA “New American Dreams” Policy Platform; to support local and
state level campaigns to implement specific parts of it; and to support our
national policy and legislative advocacy. The Policy Director will also
oversee the NPNA’s work with local, state level, and federal agencies and
Congress on a range of legislative and administrative policy issues.
