The School of Psychology at the Georgia Institute of Technology announces a
search for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in quantitative psychology
with an emphasis on advanced statistical modeling. Exceptional candidates
at higher ranks will also be considered. Strongest consideration will be
given to candidates with expertise in models for intensive within-subject
data analysis relevant to addressing questions about behavior in multilevel
systems, including dynamical systems modeling, structural equation models
for longitudinal and time series data, fMRI data analysis for assessing
functional network connectivity, and/or generalized multi-level models, but
applications from candidates with interests in other areas of quantitative
psychology are welcome. Given existing expertise and research programs in
the School of Psychology, candidates will have the opportunity to

research questions in cognitive and brain systems, work psychology, applied
cognitive psychology, or life-span development. Applicants should be
willing and able to teach graduate courses in advanced statistical methods,
such as a seminar in multilevel regression models. Candidates for
Associate Professor or Full Professor should have a track record of
external funding and/or of participating in research teams receiving
external grant funds.

Psychology that also includes Cognitive and Brain Science, Cognitive Aging,
Engineering Psychology, and Work Psychology. The quantitative program

applications that contribute to the science of psychology. The School of
Psychology, located within Georgia Tech’s College of Sciences, provides an
