*Two post-doctoral positions in population, INED and the iPOPs (France)*

The French Institute for Population Studies (INED) and the iPOPs 
(Individuals, Populations, and Societies) excellence project launch a 
call for applications for 2 post-doctoral positions in population:

   * 1 position, 2-year contract, to work within one of the 11 research
     units at INED;
   * 1 position, 1-year work contract, to work within one of iPOPs
     partners (CRIDUP, University Paris 1 la Sorbonne; COMPTRASSEC,
     University of Bordeaux; SAGE, University of Strasbourg; CRESPPA GTM,
     University of Paris Ouest Nanterre; CEPED, University of Paris
     Descartes).

The deadline to submit an application is 17 February 2017. The call for 
applications (in French) and its annexes are available at:

*Eligibility:*

   * The research projects presented by the applicants must correspond to
     the research themes and methodological approaches of the iPOPs
     laboratory of excellence: family dynamics and ageing; social, gender
     and intergenerational inequalities. See: http://www.ipops.fr/en/.
   * Applicants must hold a PhD awarded between 16/03/2012 and 16/03/2017
     in a discipline related to the population sciences.
   * Applicants must not have been hosted by any requested host
     laboratory for more than 6 months during their PhD studies.
   * A mentor must support the applicant. The list of mentors in each of
     the participating laboratories is provided in an annex to the call.

There are no nationality or age requirements.

d’excellence iPOPs (Individus, Population, Societés) lancent un appel à 
candidature pour le recrutement de 2 post-doctorants :

   * 1 post-doctorant, contrat de 2 ans, pour travailler au sein d’une
     des 11 unités de recherche de l’Ined ;
   * 1 post-doctorant, contrat de 1 an, pour travailler au sein d’un des

*Conditions d’éligibilité :*

   * Les recherches proposées dans le cadre de cet appel doivent
     s’inscrire dans les axes thématiques et méthodologiques du labex
     iPOPs: dynamiques familiales, vieillissement, inégalités sociales,
     inégalité de genre, inégalités entre générations, politiques

   * Être titulaire d’un doctorat délivré entre le 16/03/2012 et le
     16/03/2017 dans l’une des disciplines touchant aux sciences de la
     population.
   * Ne pas avoir été accueilli-e par l’établissement d’accueil demandé
     durant sa recherche doctorale pour une durée totale supérieure à 6 
mois.
   * Avoir le soutien d’un-e chercheur-e référent-e. La liste des
     chercheurs référents dans chaque labo est donnée en annexe à l’appel
     à candidature.

Aucun critère d’âge ni de nationalité n’est exigé.
