Abt SRBI's Family Work Nutrition (FWN) Group has an immediate opening for a
full time *Senior Analyst/Project Director*. Abt SRBI, the survey research
and data science arm of Abt Associates, is a full-service global research
and strategy organization with an established track record of providing
high quality, timely and cost-effective research and analysis for business,
government and research institutions.

The position can be located in any of our following office locations:
Silver Spring, MD; New York, NY; Cambridge, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Myers, FL.

*Key Roles and Responsibilities:*



•         Simultaneously manage multiple, complex survey, mixed-methods,
and data science projects

•         Promote business development by supporting the proposal process.

•         Write and proofread study documentation such as methods reports,
IRB submissions, and training manuals

•         Provide quality control

•         Lead proposal efforts



*Preferred Experience and Qualifications:*



•         Masters degree in social science, statistics, survey research, or
related area and 5+ years of experience directing surveys plus some
experience with qualitative, mixed-methods, or data science research

•         Prior experience with leading proposal efforts

•         Excellent organizational and time management skills

•         Excellent written and verbal communications skills with proven
ability to work with clients, external collaborators, and internal project
teams

•         Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

•         Experience in quantitative and data analytics, including
modeling, design and execution using labor-related survey and
administrative data

•         Proficiency in statistical software (e.g. SPSS, SAS, R, Stata)

•         Experience with education, labor, and/or nutrition research
