*Learning Officer position Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. *Reporting to the
Vice President of Programs, the Learning Officer will serve as an “internal
consultant” to the Foundation’s program staff to help ensure that its
philanthropic strategies, evaluation efforts and learning activities are
mutually reinforcing. The Learning Officer supports the development of
internal systems and processes including grantee reporting templates,
internal analysis processes, and third party MEL (monitoring, evaluation
and learning) partner plans and reports. Helps tailor annual MEL reports
into user friendly formats for internal and external stakeholder use. Helps
the Foundation model transparent learning in philanthropy and communicates
our learning work externally with multiple audiences. *Requirements*:
Advanced degree in evaluation, planning, design thinking, public policy,
public health; global development, social sciences. 5+ yrs experience in
philanthropic strategy, organizational learning, and/or evaluation. *Detailed
