I am sending an announcement of a search for an assistant or associate
professor of global
health in the Department of Global Health and Population at the Harvard
T.H. School of
Public Health.  We are seeking distinguished junior academicians to conduct
rigorous
quantitative and qualitative research on health systems and health system
reforms. The
candidate is expected to undertake research to assess new health policies
and interventions
in health systems, and conduct comparative analysis in multiple-country
settings.  Specific
areas of focus or specialization could include design, implementation and
evaluation of new
models for organization, service delivery, purchasing, and health financing
in health
systems, and political economy of health system reform.
