*Job Opportunity at the National Institute on Aging*

NIA/BSR has been given permission to recruit a Health Scientist
Administrator, to develop research and research training related to
Alzheimers and related dementias. NIA’s work in support of the National
Alzheimers Plan of Action covers a range of concerns, from informal
caregiving for persons with dementia, long-term supports and services (and
the interaction between the formal care systems and informal care),
disparities in dementia care, dementia and cognitive assessment in
population studies, and non-pharmacologic approaches to prevention.
Research includes both studies based on observational data and development
and management of interventions.
