The Project Coordinator will collaborate with senior staff to manage and
interact with team members to address issues related to research design and
implementation, data collection methodology, data entry and quality
assurance, and validity of outcomes. Research knowledge will be applied to
developing and strengthening evidence-based data collection materials, site
visit protocols, and procedural manuals in accordance with project needs.



The incumbent will create, organize, and maintain databases and processes
to track participant data, monitor outcomes, uphold project timelines and
assure overall organizational effectiveness. They will provide training and
help supervise staff involved in office and field operations. They will
participate in all study activities, including recruitment, consent, and
retention of study participants, and survey and anthropometric data
collection during home and clinic visits. Data collection involves working
with individuals from diverse backgrounds, which may include sensitive
populations such as school-aged children. Lastly, they will assist in
compiling datasets for analysis and conducting preliminary analyses.
