[Jobs] fair chance evaluation manager

Fair Chance is currently searching for a full-time Senior Manager for
Evaluation and Performance. We anticipate the search process to take
several months. In the meantime, we need consultant expertise or a
temporary employee to come on board in the short-term to oversee the
implementation of Fair Chance’s current data collection and reporting
efforts and other evaluation projects, the development of an approach to
demonstrate and measure the collective impact of our network of
youth-serving nonprofits, and the build-out of our Salesforce data
management system.
