also open to a strong Master’s prepared person who has a clue and interest
in IS.  It would also be potentially a good fit for a PhD student who is
willing to work full-time and get tuition. I  appreciate your posting it

*Job Description *

Assume day-to-day responsibility of running new research Center for
Implementation and Improvement Sciences. The goal of the new center is to
be a methodological hub for the scientific evaluation of efforts to improve
healthcare delivery.

The Assistant Research Director will play a major role in helping to shape
& develop the new Center. Responsibilities will include both Center
research and coordinator activities.  Research responsibilities will
involve the conduct of quantitative and/or qualitative analyses to assist
in achieving generalizable insights from implementation of healthcare
improvement projects. Coordinator responsibilities will involve scheduling
speakers, meetings, managing budget, and interacting with key faculty,
staff, and students.

*Required Skills *

Minimum of a Master's degree in a health-related field. Strong quantitative
and/or qualitative data analysis skills. Excellent organizational and
communication skills. Ability to work independently. Excellent
interpersonal and leadership skills.
