MPAQ’s Internship Program

 A Training Ground for Students

IMPAQ International, a growing and dynamic social science research
firm, provides high-quality research and impact evaluation services,
policy analysis, survey research, and technical assistance services to
U.S. and international government agencies, including the U.S.
Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor, Housing and Urban
Development, Education, and Agriculture; the World Bank; the
Millennium Challenge Corporation; and the U.S. Agency for
International Development. IMPAQ’s mission is to provide exemplary
quantitative and qualitative research and consulting services to its
domestic and international clients.

IMPAQ offers college students, both undergraduate and graduate, the
opportunity to gain paid experience in their major field of study by
working in a position relevant to their academic and career
aspirations. The work schedule can be flexible to accommodate class
schedules and workloads. Interns are engaged side-by-side with
research teams on project assignments. IMPAQ works directly with
university placement services, university career fairs, related
academic departments, student referrals, and professor recommendations
to identify internship applicants.

IMPAQ is seeking both full- and part-time Interns who will support our
research team. Interns should have some research experience in
economics, health policy, social policy, public policy, or related
fields; some experience with report preparation; intermediate to
advanced expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in MS
Office 2007. Knowledge or familiarity with data analysis using SAS,
STATA, and/or other statistical or database applications is a plus. An
intern is considered a temporary, project based position that is paid,
but not entitled to company-sponsored regular employee benefits.
