Title: Economist Position at the OECD



The Directorate for Labour, Employment and Social Affairs  of the OECD
is looking for an Economist with a strong interest in migration to carry
out analyses on a broad range of issues in international migration. The
candidate should hold a postgraduate degree in economics, social science
or a related area and should have 2-7 years experience in labour market
and demographic analysis. Experience in applied research and analysis
and an interest and knowledge of labour and migration policies will be a
clear advantage.



The selected candidate will contribute to the different projects of the
International Migration Division, by:

·         collecting information and data from relevant national
administrations and institutions

·         carrying out statistical and econometric analyses

·         drafting technical and analytical documents

·         formulating policy recommendations



The selected candidate will be an active member of the division,
co-operate with other OECD Directorates, national administrations and
other international organizations, participate in the dissemination of
the work and contribute to the organization of conferences and technical
workshops.



This is a 2-years renewable position. Detailed applications should be
