Subject: advertisement for a DHS position

Colleagues,

The DHS project has given us permission to recruit for a new DHS staff member to
join Sarah and Shanxiao at the DHS offices in Calverton. The general qualifications
are in the attached document. Some unstated but important further qualifications
are that the person should probably have experience using the DHS in the past either
for published articles, project reports or course work. Further the person must
really LOVE to analyze data. Sarah or Shanxiao may want to comment, but I believe
that 85-95 percent of their time is spent either analyzing data or writing up
results.

Please let me know if you are aware of anyone who would be interested. Also, please
pass this to professors or others at universities where interested people might be
associated.

Thank you,
Bill
