The Faculty of Social Sciences is home to internationally renowned research.
The research at the Faculty is based on independent and curiosity-oriented
basic research, yet it is also central to the field of the Social Sciences
that research is made practically useful. The Faculty s most important
thematic research areas are democracy and governance, working life and
social relations, decision making and memory, welfare and social analysis,
and global change.

Application deadline is 1 October 2012 (your PhD must be finished by that
date) and the first day of employment must be before 1 October 2013. For
