The UN has recently issued a call for applications to National Competitive Recruitment
Examination (NCRE), which includes Demography among the job categories listed.
Candidates should not be older than 32 years by the end of this year, have at least a
first-level university degree, and be fluent in either English and/or French.

In addition, they must have citizenship from one of the 35 following countres:
Afghanistan, Angola, Antigua, Belgium, Brunei Darussalam, Comoros, Dominican Republic,
Equatorial Guinea, Finland, Grenada, Iran, Japan, Liberia, Latvia, Libya,
Liechtenstein, Monaco, Montenegro, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, Norway, Republic of
Korea, Saint Lucia, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, Spain, Tonga,
Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, Yemen.

The deadline for submission of application is 19 September 2010 (no exceptions). The
examinations will be held on 1 December 2010. More information, including a
