*Summer Internship in Northern Nigeria*

The World Bank -- in collaboration with the Bixby Center for Population,
Health and Sustainability -- has an opening for a graduate student
summer intern in northern Nigeria.The intern will assist a World Bank
team as they research and write case studies on community participation
in Maternal and Child Health/Nutrition programs in Nigeria.  The case
studies will identify best practices and assess the institutional,
organizational and financial implications of scaling up these community
health programs.

The internship will take place from May 17 to August 1, 2010 and involve
considerable travel in northern Nigeria.  Applicants should have at
least two years experience working in a developing country and a solid
evaluation or qualitative research background. The World Bank will pay a
stipend, travel, and all expenses.
