Dear all,
please note the enclosed announcement of a temporary vacancy at the U.N.
Population Division. we would like to fill it ASAP, and although the
assignement is formally until 31 July 2009, there's a good possibility of
it being extended.

the immediate need is for somebody in the area of population ageing and
its socio-economic consequences, that has some years of work experience in
the field. a broader expertise, as described in the VA, would surely be a
plus. be grateful if you can consider applying, or passing the info to
qualified people.
